Responsibilities :
- Prepare long-term sales scheme and implement and review
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry through modern trade
- Manage promoters from various location
- Checking stock and ensuring proper display.
- Manage inquiries/leads, conducting regular follow up of the entire team
- Provide quotations & commercial negotiation, tracking orders, and communication with internal departments
- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products
- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base of the team
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Setting sales targets for individuals and your team as a whole
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Responsible for achieving targets for the Annual Operation Plan of the company.
