Area Manager - Sales & Operations - Elevator (10-14 yrs)
Job Description :
- Area manager will be responsible for the sales and operation in the designed territory with the help of awareness created by the company, and also with continuous follow up with End Users.
- Resourceful in maintaining business relationship with clients & customers to achieve quality product and service norms by resolving their service related critical issues.
- An effective communicator with good presentation & interpersonal skills in establishing beneficial relationships with clients
- Heading Business Operations & managing team operating Project Sales/Installation/Services.
- Responsible for Achieving Business Targets for Area viz. New Equipment Sales, Installation Closures, Service Units/Revenue, Service Contract Sales, Modernization Sales & Finance Receivables.
- Ensuring Company Objectives on core values of Safety, Ethics & Internal Controls while serving customer requirements
- Fore fronting sales & installation operations of elevators & escalators in the assigned territory of Mangalore.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications : B.tech (Mechanical or electrical prefered)
Upper Age Limit : 45 years
Previous Experience :Minimum 10 years experience is required out of which 4 years should be in handling branch or handling specific region. Person who has handled Business Operations & managed cross-functional team operating Project Sales/Installation/Services. MEP (Mechanical, Elecrical, Plumbing) experience required.
Languages Known : Must know Kannada
