Area Manager - Sales - MSME - FinTech Startup (3-7 yrs)

The Opportunity :
You will get to be one of the earliest employees of a very high profile and game changing fin-tech company. The main purpose of this role is to assume significant responsibility for the driving the sales effort and building relationship in MSME / SMB credit
The Role :
- Meet high value personal sales targets by originating very high quality - 1 crore loans with minimal support
- Handling complete end to end processing of secured and unsecured SME loans by coordinating with clients, lenders, internal and external stakeholders
- Create a robust pipeline of SME clients via direct and indirect sales efforts
- Ability to analyse territory opportunities, create effective strategies for territory coverage, and identifying and prospecting SME customers
- Preparing reports related to sales functioning and performance
- Mentoring and motivating subordinates to achieving their sales related goals
The Ideal Candidate :
- Strong history of exceeding sales targets
- Extensive and deep experience in managing sales efforts for a Bank/NBFC in NCR region
- Thorough knowledge about SME & working capital, term loan, business loans, letters of credit, bank guarantees and over draft products
- Good communication and written skills
- Self starter, process oriented and a high degree of solution orientation and perseverance
- High integrity and ethical standards, very hard working and entrepreneurial
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills
- A Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. Post graduation is preferred
