Area Manager - Sales - Micro LAP (6-10 yrs)
Accountable for the growth and the profitability in assigned area
Principal Accountabilities :
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets, business growth goals and profitability objectives for all the branches within the assigned area
- Monitor the performance of the individual branch managers and their respective branches within the assigned area.
- Provide guidance and support to branch managers and their teams including recruitment, training and performance management.
- Ensure the branches operate efficiently adhering to sop's, policies and compliances.
- Oversee risk assessment and management
- Collaborating with internal departments (Operations, Credit, Legal and Technical) to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Taking care of collection of ED and QM Cases/Follow up on E-Nach Mandate
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing issues if any
Skills And Knowledge :
- Leadership
- Team Management
- Legal knowledge for property related transactions in the respective geography
- Co-ordination skills to work with credit, legal, branch and operations.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Educational Qualification :
- Professional Qualification preferable (Finance & Marketing background is an added advantage)
- Any graduate with relevant work experience
Experience :
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in the LAP SALES domain with Banks or NBFCs only.
- Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred
