Area Manager - Sales & Marketing - Pump/Valve/Flow Equipment/Filter/Strainers (8-12 yrs)
1) Define, develop, and recommend marketing strategies (segmentation, differentiation, positioning, pricing, etc.), programs, and sales & marketing tools; execute marketing/ pricing policy and plans
2) Locate and Develop channel partners
3) Plan and implement time bound projects (e.g., vendor registration with end users/ consultants/ EPC contractors) that will help secure a competitive advantage and future business
4) Collate the estimates of existing regional market potential, develop and oversee implementation of a customer coverage plan
5) Prepare sales/revenue forecast and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, profit, and market share objectives of the company; deliver on annual and quarterly sales/revenue/profit plans.
6) BE (Mechanical or Chemical) with 8 to 12 years- experience in sales of industrial products like pumps, valves, flow equipment, filters/ strainers, etc. in the Oil & Gas sector.
