Area Manager- Sales and marketing- Air Conditioning Division of a Leading Leading Electronics Consumer Goods Company .
Experience- 3 yrs - 8 Yrs
Qualifications- Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA preffered).
Salary - 6LPA - 9LPA
Key Result Areas:
Sales / Business Development :
- Overseeing & managing marketing and sales & operations for achieving increased growth & revenue generation.
- Interfacing with clients for taking feedback ascertaining maximum customer satisfaction.
- Driving business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments/ new customers, for attainment of periodical targets with a view to optimize revenue from markets.
- Market expansion in rural area by analysing potential in market.
- Channel sales management with network of distributor, SS, direct dealer and dealers.
- Data Analysis & detail reporting of Area Office (sell in /sell out/extraction) for analyzing market trend.
- Ensure Implementation of total compliance& brand guidelines as per company policy
Marketing :
- Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors- activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
- Managing sales & marketing operations, ensuring accomplishment of set business targets; conducting presentation.
- Overseeing the preparation of MIS on a periodical basis and providing information about the progress in the field to the top management; monitoring vendor management for various marketing inputs/activities.
Product Promotion :
- Ensuring maximum brand visibility by monitoring the marketing plans closely.
- Organizing various promotional events within budgetary allocations.
Brand Management :
- Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market shares.
- Initiating new Sales Promotion Schemes and successfully executing the same for product promotion and business growth.
Dealer Networking :
- Monitoring Distribution networks to ensure ready availability of the services at all times.
- Managing network of Channel Partners across assigned territories for deeper market penetration & reach.
- Guiding and training Partners to accomplish set revenue and business targets.
