Area Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (3-5 yrs)
- It's a team handling profile, has to manage a team of 10-15 sales managers & drive business through them
- Review/Monitor/Analyze team's performance
- Responsible for training & helping them to plan their weekly, monthly & yearly targets
- Providing need based - Financial planning for customers- .
- Acquiring knowledge and developing skills on products and process through E-learning modules.
- Imbibe technology platforms to learn & educate about Financial Plans.
- Handling and managing customers and team members.
- Sales orientation & willingness to extensively work outdoors
- Enjoys interacting with people and building relationships.
- Target setting for different Sales Managers based on ability, vintage and current LA Span & Quality
- Communicate targets, incentive systems, policies and career growth aspects.
- Advisor Engagement: Monitoring Top 20 advisors, goal setting/engagement in getting them to achieve power club.
Desired candidate profile:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must have team handling experience for at least 1 year
- Having experience in field sales is mandatory
- Candidates from Life Insurance Industry need NOT apply
- Must be MBA with minimum experience of 3 years and stability of at least 2 years in current employer
- Candidates from any industry except Life Insurance can apply for this position
- Age of the candidate should be in the range of 28 to 32 years
