Area Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our distribution network.
Required Performers
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic initiatives.
- Implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales.
- Work with the agent on planning and reviewing activities and goals
- Promoting products and services to generate leads and maximize revenue.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Staying updated on products and industry trends.
- Leading a team of sales professionals to set targets and monitor performance.
- The major responsibility is to sell products by contacting prospective clients and forming agents.
Skill requirement
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Required Candidate profile
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Field sales or a similar role
Age 22 to 38
Education. Graduation
- You need to have a driver's license and a bike
