We are hiring Area Sales Manager who are having experience in sales and marketing. Also who can handle business with his or her mindset.
Job Description :
- Recruiting and building a high performing distribution network to Financial Consultants (FCs)
- Training motivating and driving these certified financial consultants (agents) to sell insurance
- Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions
- Providing pre-and post-sales support (e.g., claim settlement)
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
- Enabling FCs to use the latest digital platforms
Desired Candidates Profile :
- Bachelor's Degree in Any Stream
- Age should be between 24 to 38 Years
- Minimum 2 to 4 + Years of experience required in Sales and Marketing in Any Field
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- The ability to communicate confidently - both through speaking and writing - with colleagues and clients from all levels of an organization.
- Self-motivation.
- A level of creativity when it comes to thinking of new sales opportunities.
