Area Manager - Sales - Industrial Product/Heavy Machinery (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Drive and achieve Sales budget both volume and value through dealer network and direct customers across product categories
- Ensure expansion of both customers as well as channel partners.
- Innovation management. Suggest new products applications to HO.
- Responsible for driving business growth through identification and penetration of new product applications. Review with respective sales person new customers and potential for prioritization and co ordination with Product Specialist.
- Implementation of the sales strategies for achieving business objectives of the region. Responsible for competition analysis.
- Pricing & margin management. Responsible for credit control and ensure compliance of company's credit policy.
- Receivables & inventory management. Complete compliance with internal policies, systems and procedures.
- Good communication skills, should be able to lead a team of sales executive officers & motivate them to achieve their goals.
- Should have handled at least an entire state and handled a team in his present assignment
