Job Purpose :

The incumbent will be responsible to meet Loan & Portfolio management metrics and working together with the existing branches, Home Loan team in the field.

Accountabilities :

Key Accountabilities :

- Manage daily operations to meet business goals.

- Supervise and guide a team of professionals to maximize revenue.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services.

- Develop strong working relationship with potential clients for new business opportunities within the assigned area.

- Assist in interviewing, recruiting, and training staffs.

- Develop marketing plans to achieve sales target and increase brand visibility within the assigned area.

- Perform market research to study consumer behavior, latest trends and competitor activity.

- Organize regular meetings with management to discuss about business updates, issues and opportunities.

- Train staffs on daily responsibilities and customer service activities.

- Evaluate team performance and build up individual development plans.

- Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements.

- Address customer issues and queries in accurate and timely manner.

- Interaction with different stakeholders like Builders, Prospective customers and

- Existing member base for Sourcing of Housing loan and LAP proposals

Experience & Educational Requirements :

Educational Qualification : Graduate

Relevant Experience : 10 + Experience in Asset and should be able to read Financial & Credit documents.

The role holder should have experience in managing a small team in Home Loan and LAP.

Salary Range : upto 9.5 lakhs
