Area Manager - Sales - Health Insurance (10-20 yrs)
Looking for candidates only from Health Insurance or General Insurance.
Job Responsibilities :
Manage Insurance sales goal achievement through :
- Leading a team of Sr. BM- s, BM- s, ABM- s, Assistant Managers Marketing and 60+ Sales Managers .
- Would be responsible for the proper functioning of the branches(3 to 4 ) mapped under him.
- Mentoring and Monitoring the performance of Team members for meeting the sales target of the individual and group .
- Ensure the efficiency in operations process of the branches.
- Recruiting sales Manager/ agents through Team Members (SBM,BM,ABM/AMM).
- Training and developing Managers, Sales Managers and agents on an ongoing basis
- Conduct weekly / monthly meeting to review performance, disseminate Company information, address common problems and concerns and rally the team to achieve goals
- Set weekly production target for Managers
- Identify development needs and work with Training Department to schedule appropriate technical, product and skills training
Job Specification :
1) Candidate must posses experience into Team Handling and sales (preferably General insurance, health Insurance ).
