Area Manager - Sales - FMCG (5-7 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead our Franchisee Sales efforts in Rajkot and Baroda. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in franchise management and sales, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Development: Identify and recruit new franchise partners to expand the company's presence in the assigned areas, ensuring alignment with brand values and operational standards.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve franchise sales targets, focusing on both new and existing franchisees.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate franchisee performance, providing support and guidance to enhance sales, marketing, and operational efficiencies.
- Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for new franchise partners, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed in their operations.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to enhance market penetration.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure cohesive and effective franchisee support and operations.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, franchise development, and market conditions, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in franchise management and sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team of franchisees.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in franchise sales or management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
