Area Manager - Sales - Exclusive Boutique Outlets (5-10 yrs)
- Responsible for managing sales in assigned region through retail management with YOY growth & profitability.
- Responsible for all exclusive boutique outlets (EBO) in the assigned region.
- Monitoring and reviewing sale and store performance on regular daily, weekly, & monthly basis.
- Proper coordination with Merchandiser to maintain optimum level of inventory at stores.
- Taking Ownership of Standard Operating Procedure and ensuring the same is being followed by every store.
- Key Account Management - Identifying prospective clients from various sectors, generating business from the existing, thereby achieving business targets.
- Responsible for the profitability of the stores.
- Responsible for maintaining the Global standards at EBO's in terms of hygiene and VM display
- Recruiting the Sales executives and team leaders on regular basis.
- Communicating regularly with Merchandising and Customer Services Department on market, product and account needs.
- Track competitor activities, including pricing and promotional offers.
