Leading Industrial Machinery company requires Area Manager- Industrial sales- Noida

It has been at the forefront of innovation and technological progress for over 65 years. Today it exports its products to 84 countries worldwide, we, as Felder Group woodworking machines and spare parts

which can accommodate up to 400 machines including large-size CNCs, Automatic Edgebanders and Solidwood Machines. In India its is a direct subsidiary of Austria based company . In India, we provide a one-stop solution for all your machines, service, and spare part requirements. In India has its headquarters in Mumbai and 3 branch offices accompanied with the state of art showrooms in Noida, Chennai & Bangalore. With close to 5000 machines installed in India, we are one of the fastest growing Company in the woodworking industry.

We are looking our for Area Manager- Industrial sales for Noida location.

Designation : Area Manage/Business Development Manager

Location : Noida

Qualification : B.E./B.Tech./MBA (Mechanical/Electrical)

Experience : 4-8 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving sales target.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- You are mainly responsible for implementing the Company's sales strategy for selling machines in region allocated.

- You are responsible for planning and allocation of your time to customers to generate orders, generate new leads, provide information to new entrants in the industry and to enhance relationship with existing customers.

- You will use the Company's in-house CRM tool for information management.

- You ensure the integrity and ethics of the Company are at the heart of all communications.

- You are good at improving the usability, design and technical data of the marketing communications

- You evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.

- You are responsible for identifying new potential markets and developing tactical initiatives to effectively communicate with them.

- You are good at continuously reviewing your performance and enhance it to make the most effective use of your time and energy.

- You are willing to travel within city to develop new regions and maintain relationship with existing customers.

Skills and Personality :

- You are a strategic and creative thinker with highly polished written and verbal communications skills.

- You have excellent influencing and negotiation skills.

- You have sound managerial judgment.

- You are authoritative, collaborative and results orientated personality.

- You are an effective time manager with the ability to focus energy, drive, and enthusiasm to prioritize goals, meet deadlines and manage a demanding workload.

- You have the ability to motivate and inspire commitment and achieve improvements across the board.
