Academic Qualification : B. E/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/ Industrial Engineering or MBA

Job Description :

- RR (ASM) Will be responsible for achieving sales target of pre defined region

- RR (ASM) will be face of company for the assigned region/customers & will be one point contact. All communication will be thru RR (ASM)

- RR (ASM) will work for increasing the share of business amongst existing customers and also for identifying new customers and bringing business from them.

- Enquiry generation -> quotation submission - > order finalization -> coordination with works execution of order -> payments collection-> post sales service related to complaints -> feedback collection from customer. These all will be part of his responsibility.

- Back office functions: enquiry registration/costing/ submission of offers/issuance of sale order etc. will be part of functioning on day to day basis.

- RR (ASM) will help in brand building exercises by helping in organizing technical webinars, sharing company's technical developments with customers, providing timely feedbacks about order acceptances/ delays/dispatches /complaint status etc. Continuous customer engagement and liaison will be a very important part of his activity

- Travel In areas outside the Chennai will be 10-15 days in a month.

Important Criteria Skill :

- 8-10 Yeas experience in industrial marketing. B2C preferably direct sales in industrial marketing and that too working in a company and not with dealer or distributor.

- Good communication skills, good writing English and average spoken English.

- Should be comfortable with modern day online tools for connectivity/networking/communication with customers and Head Office.

- Having exposure of industrial marketing of technical items/spare sand consumables/machinery and equipment with steel and tube plants
