Area Manager - Sales - EduTech (4-15 yrs)
Hiring for the profile of Area Manager for a Leading EdTech organization at PAN India level.
Looking for candidates with min 4 years of experience in B2B Sales/ Enterprise Sales/ Corporate Sales/ Institutional Sales only.
The candidate will be responsible for:
In-depth understanding of the product & integrated solution and its impact on student learning
- Creation of Sales pipeline & lead generation
- Understanding the school owner persona and requirement to pitch the appropriate solution matching their need
- To conduct Product demo and academic discussions with schools
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize win-win for successful partnerships to the school's mission and handover to Key Account team
- Maintain the CRM with timely and accurate information
- Support the KAM team in transition from the sign up to operationalization
- Support marketing for lead generation campaigns
- Maintain strong industry knowledge which included but not limited to competitive
offerings & customer aspirations (School Owners, Teachers, Parent, Students)
- Adherence to the sales process
Pls Note:
1. Salary: The client offers a 20-25% hike on current CTC.
2. No Office- Remote working
3. Majority of Positions are in sales Pan India.
4. Must have at least 4 years of mandatory B2B - Institutional Sales experience.
5. Good Communication skills
6. Any Education, but Minimum Graduate.
7. Four Wheeler - Car Mandatory since the candidate will have to travel to Interiors and becomes extremely difficult with a two-wheeler. petrol reimbursement will be there.
8. Candidate should be willing for 15-20 days of traveling.
