JOB REQUIREMENTS & ROLES :
- Expanding & managing Team of Service Franchises.
- Setting Target for Team & achieving it within time limit.
- Focus on selling new and renewal service contracts, along with turnkey solutions.
- Attending customers- call from assigned geographical regions.
- Contact responsible parties for purposes of securing new service contracts as well as renewals.
- Leading a team of service Franchises.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Understanding of business and the Air condition industry.
- Applied knowledge of entire product range of both Commercial & Residential Air Conditioner.
- Comprehensive strategic, Technical & Prioritizing skill.
- Must have strong Team Management skills.
- Good communication skills.
