Job Responsibilities :
1. Is responsible for sales and commercial margin results according to the budget assignment;
2. Is responsible for implementing the Go To Market strategy in the assigned area, developing an action plan and setting priorities;
3. Is responsible for selecting the Distributors/Clients, as well as the negotiation and the budget setting for each one of them;
4. Ensures the management of the People working in the assigned area, their training and professional development, according to the Company policies.
