Area Manager/Relationship Manager - B2C Sales - Real Estate (0-7 yrs)
Job Profile:
- To follow up on the generated leads.
- Accompany tenants to the houses and close the deal with them after having explained the product
- Coordinate with Area Partners (Brokers) to attain new houses from the area designated to them and also follow independent owner leads and close the deal.
- Verification of the location; house before on-boarding the property
- Pitch about the company policies; convincing the owner
- Collection of details for generating the agreement between the company & owner
Desired Candidate:
- Minimum educational qualification- Graduation (any specialization)
- Good communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Candidates well versed with the local language would be preferable
- Should be ready to be on the field owing to the nature of the work
- Should possess or be ready to possess a 2 wheeler within 5-7 days of joining duty
