Area Manager - Marketing - FMCG (4-8 yrs)
Position Overview:
To provide Operations and Marketing leadership of the Region. You will be responsible for identifying, creating and prioritizing profitable volume opportunities for the brand portfolio.
The role holder has to manage and accelerate the Region business to ensure it achieves its business objectives and captures all opportunities for sustainable profitable growth. To protect and enhance the brand image and reputation of the company brands and the business in the Region
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Marketing Planning & Execution
2. Lead and direct the marketing function for the Region through an in depth understanding of the FMCG landscape and customer/consumer profile of the Region.
3. Plan, develop and execute business and marketing strategies to achieve agreed volume, share and profit objectives
4. Integrate all marketing efforts (advertising, promotions, and experiential, marketing asset) within a consistent overall brand/marketing plan.
5. Define marketing requirements and proper allocation across the marketing mix elements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA from a Premier Institute.
- 5-7 years relevant working experience in a leading FMCG Company.
