- Retain complete ownership of your budgets as assigned by the management.
- Hand holds the ground Sales team to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of this strategy for Corporate and MICE.
- Imbibe a clear understanding of the hotels business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
- Work with the team to implement a sales plan addressing revenue, customers and the market as envisioned by Head Sales .
- Ensure the division meets and exceeds budgeted goals.
- Determine and drive geographic areas for corporates and travel agents calls while maintaining top and existing accounts.
- Envisaging and owning the ground sales strategy & sales plan by personal contribution through Corporate and MICE.
- Provides positive and aggressive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential.
- Accompany sales team on sales calls to potential clients to assist in development of the accounts and to access the effectiveness and sales skills of the sales person.
- Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase avenues and market segments of sales.
- Closely following up on all business leads within time line to clients.
