Job Description :
As a Sales head, will be responsible for planning, implementing and maximising sales of the company and drive to make company revenues grow as much as possible.
If that's you, your responsibilities will be to-
Develop a sales strategy to approach and achieve sales target
Sales growth analysis and reporting to Director
Coach, appraise and train sales personnel
Ensure that each team member meets individual goals and the overall sales goal of the company
Maintaining and improving relationships with our existing customers
Map potential customers and scout for potential prospects regularly
Cold call, direct email, gate crashing and perform other lead generation activities
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Recurring Report : Generate reports on daily, weekly, monthly basis ensuring proper maintenance of data
Billing of vehicles : Trip sheet collection from vendors, Invoice submission to clients, provide data required by finance department
Assign and monitor work are done by Fleet executives on a daily basis
Customer coordination : Single point of contact for any issues arising to the clients
Vehicle TAT : Ensure service efficiency and increase customer delight with timely deployment and flawless service of vehicle
Should maintain necessary data and records for future reference.
Working Days : 6 Days a Week ( to )
