Area Manager - Infrastructure Projects - Construction/Chemical (7-15 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Managing the Infrastructure Project sales in the Maharashtra region and achieving the revenue target for construction chemicals
2. Daily /Weekly/Monthly Report sharing with Reporting Manager.
3. Meeting and strengthening the relationship with Architects, Builders, Consultants and Contractors and growing the network.
4. Monitoring competition and making sales strategies accordingly
5. Shall have the complete ownership of Infrastructure Project sales (Roadways, Railways, Dam, Metros, Thermal Projects) in the respective region.
6. Improving the quality of sale
7. Should have knowledge of CC (Admixture, Waterproofing etc)
Skills required:
- Good understanding of essential chemical concepts and trials
- Good problem solving skills is a prerequisite for this role
- High level of integrity
- Strong Leadership skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen & proactive instincts
- Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism and Integrity.
