Area Manager - Government Institutional Sales - Tiles Division (6-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- To brief them about company position, vision, product details of each verticals, our USPs, value to the customers.
- To establish all verticals of the company in all GIS accounts.
- To generate revenue from existing GIS accounts
- To get timely renewal of approvals with existing accounts and ensure zero loss of accounts.
- To add new GIS accounts to the customers list and to generate revenue from newly added accounts.
- To maintain price discipline with all GIS accounts and ensure zero financial loss to the company.
- To bring key decision makers, trade customers, contractor of government institutions to the company.
- To educate builders, their architects, their sales & marketing team, their purchase team on brand, present company position, vision, scale of the company through presentation.
- To get specified in BOQ/Mock ups at the initial stages of the projects
- To pitch excluded vertical to the builder and to get upgradation of excluded verticals and get it approved by builders.
- To maintain price discipline with builders and follow 100% SOPs in case of price increase as declared by company with each builder.
- To introduce and promote new products launched by the company.
