Area Manager - Franchise Sales - Education (4-7 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Franchise Development : Identify and target potential franchisees within the assigned territory, including Western UP, and manage the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Franchise Expansion : Develop and execute strategies to expand the franchise network, including opening new locations and increasing the market presence.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees, providing support and guidance to ensure their success and alignment with brand standards.
- Sales and Marketing : Drive franchise sales efforts, including conducting presentations, negotiations, and closing deals. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote franchise opportunities and generate leads.
- Training and Support : Oversee the training and orientation of new franchisees, ensuring they understand the operational standards and brand requirements.
- Performance Monitoring : Monitor franchisee performance and provide ongoing support to address challenges, improve operations, and enhance profitability.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the education sector.
- Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on franchise sales activities, performance metrics, and progress towards expansion goals to senior management.
- Compliance : Ensure franchisees comply with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Proven experience in franchise sales, franchise development, or a related role, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of franchise operations and expansion strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple franchisee relationships effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
