Area Manager - Field Sales - Building Material Business (3-6 yrs)
Job Description for Area Sales Manager :
Responsibilities :
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Create relationships and make the first sale with local contractors, architects, builders, and channel partners
- Possess good knowledge about the leading competitors, dealers and major customers in the field.
- Candidates should have thorough knowledge about the sale of any building material products, preferably flooring materials
- Should have good contacts with dealers and must have experience of selling to Dealers and also of Project Marketing.
- Should achieve the desired sales target and collection target within the time frame.
- Generate and provided reports related to sales.
- Experience of organizing sales exhibition, participation in seminar etc. will be more desirable.
- Should be determined to penetrate market and create more dealers / customers.
- Should be able to crack the market and grow the Company & #39;s brand in Market
- Attend to the customer grievance, if any and resolve the issues.
Skills Required :
- Minimum experience of 3 years in the building material industry
- Confident and bold in approaching new customers and vendors
- Be professional and presentable at all times
- Should have excellent communication and team management skills
- Must have a positive approach.
