Area Manager - Customer Development - FMCG (3-7 yrs)
Improve customer service experience by frequently visiting the stores and taking feedback on Service and Training
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards Sales,Usage and CRM adherence
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions and share it on weekly basis
- Happy Customer rate should increase 10% on month on month basis

Team Management :
- Lead 4 team members
- Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents;
Conduct weekly team meetings and demonstrate best practises at store;
Audit :
- Installation, training, CRM tickets
- Organize Roadshows and creative sales to get more leads
- Checking training tickets on regular basis and report to HO
