Designation : Area Manager
Location : Bangalore
Note : Should be experience in 3PL, 4PL Logistics. Person should be aware about the South India Market and Business in Logistics.
Performance Objectives :
- To generate New Business for the defined geography.
- Managing an effective & efficient Sales funnel/pipeline
- Adhering to Sales Discipline
- Understanding Customer Needs (Both Explicit & Implicit)
- Strategic planning with SMART objectives for the defined geography
Key Performance Indicator :
- Revenue generated & Profitability
- Current Opportunities & closing ratio
- Customer meetings
- Profling sheet of every customer in pipeline.
- Business Plan with Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic & Time bound objectives broken down into short term & long term goals aligned with organization vision & mission
