Job Summary :
Responsibility is to enhance business in Agency/Tide channel through efficient handling of Sales team /BAs and ensure functioning of Operations & Branch activities
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Handling the sales team of FLS (Front Line Sales)
- To develop the agency channel
- Skills to identify potential customers
- Driving business of LI,GI, & FD
- Responsible for recruitment & training of FLS
- Handling branch operations
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Good Communication Skills
- Excellent Business Promotion skills
- Good in networking & relationship building
- Candidate Should be local and from the financial sector only
Education : Any Graduate - Any specialization
Experience : Minimum 7-8 years in insurance industry (Agency), Stability should be 3-4 years in one company.
