- Handling a team of 20-30 FOS and 1-2 TM and generating business through channel partner.
- Driving business through 25-35 One of the Private Bank Branches in the Circle
- Responsible for targets allocated to 25-35 One of the Private Bank Branches
- Driving and motivating the branch staff along with the Team to generate leads and log in prospective applications
- Conduct regular team meetings and motivate the Team members to achieve their targets
- Educate and motivate the team on the contest roll out and update on the new products launched in the market
- Build relationship with the business partners and address their queries
