Area Head - Sales - Electric Vehicle/Auto Business Finance (5-8 yrs)
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Collection Manager to oversee our ABF (Auto Business Finance) Sales and Collection activities, specifically for 2 and 3 wheeler segments. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sales and collections, with at least 3 years of proven team handling experience managing a team of 10 or more.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Management :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market expansion.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Collection Management :
- Oversee the collection process to ensure timely and effective recovery of dues.
- Develop and enforce collection policies and procedures to minimize delinquency.
- Analyze collection data and implement strategies to improve recovery rates.
- Handle escalated collection issues and negotiate settlements as required.
Team Management :
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10+ sales and collection professionals.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
Reporting and Analysis :
- Prepare detailed sales and collection reports for management review.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform strategy.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
What we need :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and collections within the automotive finance industry, Asset Base Funding ( Two Wheeler/Three - Wheeler/Car/Tractor/Agri implements/Tractors ).
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing a team of 10 or more.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
