Job Role : Area Head - CSC (Common Service Centers)
Job Purpose :
To increase the CSC Banking Portfolio with reference to Liability, Asset, Payment, Third party Portfolio, Increase the revenue of the CSC Banking through Sourcing and Cross sell .Responsible for driving the Channel to achieve maximum productivity by engaging with CSC for New Acquisition and Value Build Up in the existing customers and achieve the annual Business Numbers across product portfolio and also identifying and augmenting the support on expansion of the bank network in the semi urban and rural space.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achievement of Business Objectives: Numbers, Value and disbursement
- Ensure budgets w.r.t. Liability, Asset, payment and third party portfolio is achieved.
- Monitoring these achievements at Area level.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly monitoring of CSC Business at area level.
- Ensure the overall CSC Portfolio across products (LTD) grows on month on month basis
- Monitoring activation of maximum sales officers in terms of Units cross sold and sourcing all the product portfolio.
- Proper coordination of Bank Regional Team, CSC Banking Channel and CSC at the ground level.
- Exploring new markets and segments
- Work in tandem with the CSC to identify new business opportunity for the bank
- Take product help for customization of product portfolio to suit the requirements of identified markets/segments
CSC Visits :
- Ensure feedback taken during visit and send to product / process for implementation
- Identify opportunities and new business during visits.
- Work out strategies for area which are in tandem with CSC business objectives
Performance evaluation :
- Monthly performance evaluation of team
- Mentor and guide non performing members of the team
- Periodically review performance of non performing sales officers
- Regular business updates to senior management and team:
- Provide pre-defined MIS updates to Regional Head on Daily/ weekly/monthly basis
- Ensure clarity and accuracy of data and MIS
