Job Description :
- Handling team of Relationship Managers - And Business Manager Direct Sales.
- Training & Managing team of Relationship Managers and Business Manager
- Meeting Monthly and day to day targets on Premium, Login, Recruitment & other parameters through team.
- Handling Overall assigned branch, operations and collections and customer service teams.
- Ensuring training & development & growth of team members.
- Daily review to be conducted with the teams.
Salary: INR 6,50,000 - 12,00,000 P.A. as per company norms.
