Area Head - Direct Channel - BFSI (10-20 yrs)
Job Title : Area Sales Manager - Direct Channel.
Key Responsibilities of the role holder :
- Managing a team of Dy. Area Manager, Branch Manager, ABM & RMs.
- Development of new channel and partners for business enlargement.
- Manage a business plan for each account.
- Proactively engaged for all relevant support functions and spearheaded end to end business transformation.
- Digital interventions to enhance productivity. Digital transformation of business through use of technology and introduction/training of new applications.
- Direct and Execute strategic priorities and project that match the client objectives to include
- Influence, direct and lead peer relationship Sales Management, Platform sales, Marketing, Product Strategy.
- Coordinate with internal/external team Sales/Service to source new business, track sales opportunity and impact, and coordinate with client-team to ensure best delivery.
- Work closely with sales team to facilitate product sales.
- Regular Training and Skills development of entire Sales team to get the best delivery in direct as well as from partners.
- Regular Analysis of the performance and steps to improve the level. Present new ideas and plans to accelerate numbers and ticket size.
- Client retention through engagement programs, feedback loops, providing best services and referral program.
Preferred Work experience :
- 10+ years relevant experience in Direct Channel.
Qualification: MBA or equivalent from good institute
