Area Head - Corporate Sales - Broking Firm (8-13 yrs)
1) Responsible to achieve the corporate sales and broking budget allocated to the territory
2) Achieve SME & Mid Corporate and Large Corporate budget allocated to the territory. Achieve line wise target allocated to the territory.
3) Activate brokers operating in the territory and building up relationship with the broking team.
4) Conduct regular local campaign and competitions to develop channel and business.
5) Take new initiatives in developing new channels to develop business.
6) Coordinate and build relationship with other department like Underwriting, Claims, F&A etc which will facilitate to in accomplishment to organisational objective.
