Area Head/City Head (DSA Channel) with a Life Insurance Company
Location- Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai,Kolkata,Ahmedabad
JD would include
- The candidate will be required to empanel all key DSAs in the allocated area and generate business through them
- DSA Empanelment Create DSA distribution to sell company's products with the help of the team.
- Conduct activities to increase productivity of DSAs and retain them.
- Drive R&R, incentive scheme and Career Progression amongst team
Qualifications : Graduate / MBA
Experience: 8 years +
Preference of Industry background : Preferred from NBFC/Banking who are currently distributing their product through DSAs.
