Area Executive - Sales - General Trade Channel - FMCG (2-7 yrs)
Role Responsibilities :
- Responsible for delivering sales targets for a certain channel partner geography.
- Drive through channel partners (15 - 20 distributors) & be responsible for their KPI's .
- Manage, Train & motivate distributors to drive given revenue growth.
- Be single point of contact for End- to - End operations of the channel partners.
- Build the market intelligence & feedback mechanism to improve performance market.
- Analyze sales data & make projections/ forecasting.
- Be responsible for the customer satisfaction in the respective territory.
Requirements :
- Min 2 - 4 years experience in FMCG in sales.
- A Good understanding Channel partner Management.
- Analytical mind with a thinking ability.
- Ability to set targets for team & channel partners should be willing to travel inter city & intra-city.
- Should have capability to lead, train & monitor channel partner sales team.
