Area Executive - Sales - FMCG (2-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee sales activities within the assigned area to achieve sales targets and objectives

- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and increase product visibility

- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats

Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and trade marketing initiatives

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management

- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account receivables

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to support sales efforts

- Train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and performance

- Stay updated with industry developments and best practices in FMCG sales and distribution

Required Skills :

- Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in General Trade and Area Sales

- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented

- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Experience in trade marketing and promotional strategies

- Knowledge of local market dynamics and consumer behavior in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh

Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to travel within the assigned area

- Strong commitment to achieving sales targets and delivering results

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
