Area Executive - Sales - FMCG (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
We are hiring an Area Executive to join our team in Telangana. As an Area Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing sales and marketing activities in the assigned area, focusing on general trade and trade marketing strategies in the FMCG sector.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets in the assigned area
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective market penetration strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders
- Implement trade marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and market presence
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales, with a strong understanding of general trade and trade marketing
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales CRM software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area
