Area Development Manager - Projects - Swedish Home Interior Product Firm (4-6 yrs)

As the Area Development Manager Projects, you will be responsible to formulate fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success. The other key responsibilities of the role include:
- Planning and delivering the Revenue objectives for Projects business vertical for the required area
- Planning annual and quarterly operational plan at Area level
- Having Functional knowledge of project business in building material vertical in the zone and a strong drive to deliver high growth
- Preparing and presenting reports on the business periodically
- Building the specification business with architects/interiors and regularly reviewing the specification pipeline to engage the specification team
- Generating and driving specification for all architectural products through Architects, Clients, PMCs and Turnkey contractors across the area
- Managing large tenders of public sector and private sector constructions right from specification stage to the final closing stage
- Ensuring timely collection of outstanding
- Managing Architect level specification working and follow ups and building relationships
- Focusing on the conversion of quotations to Purchase Order and finally winning the project
- Ensuring proper site coordination for installation are provided and enabling customer satisfaction
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical/Electronics/Civil) and MBA is preferred
- Strong business acumen with demonstrable industry experience of 4 - 6 years
- Analytical skills
- Ability to communicate with high end project owners/CEOs/leading architects/PMCs
- Functional understanding of project business in the building material industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
