Area Development Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Sales Representatives are professionals who increase sales by developing relationships with potential customers. They follow up on leads and maintain those already won over. They may identify prospective clients or make sure that current ones are satisfied. As they do this, they keep an eye out for new opportunities as they arise.
Responsibilities:
- Get the sale by building team
- Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Candidate Profile:
- Min bachelor degree
- Min 2 years sales experience (field sales preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and driven
- Strong local network
