Area Development Manager - FMCG (2-5 yrs)
Administrative :
- Tracking of sales figures and updating sales reports through sales templates and sales force automation tool.
- Establish and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure comprehensive availability of Company's product and services in his area of responsibility
- Provide leadership so that the sales team are well motivated and engaged to stay and contribute effectively and efficiently.
Sales Objective :
- Responsible for the sale of Company's business products and services in a specified geographical area or state
- Responsible in achieving the required sales goal and objective through sales team effort
- Ensure profitable growth in sales revenue through planning, execution and management of supportive team (marketing/back end).
Sales & Distributor's Management :
- Managing a Sales Team and collaborating with Sales Officers & Distributors in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate set goals
- Establish a good network and develop a strong connection of Distributors in his area of responsibility
- Educating sales team with presentation of strategies, trainings and regular meetings to ensure and maintain a well organize sales structure
- Maintain a regular visit and coordinate with the storehouse/CFA in charge to ensure adequate inventory level and see to it that the supply of stocks to Distributors are meet in superior level of services.
- Educate and train Sales Officers in conducting regular business review to our Distributors
