Area Business Manager - Sales - Medical Devices/Pharma (3-5 yrs)

The Job :
- Our client is looking for dedicated sales professionals who have 3-5 years of experience in medical devices sales or in pharma sales (preferably in Ob/Gynaecology products).
Your responsibilities will include :
- Appoint Channel Partner, manage them and the team.
- Plan Sales volumes and potential of all relevant customers in the assigned region.
- Provide all business information via CRM for forecasts and planning.
- Prepare customer contact, build and maintain a customer focused network.
- Identify the KOL's and have a strong bond with them.
- Identify and maintain all Key Accounts in the assigned area.
- Complete the sales & revenue quarter to quarter.
- Point of contact for all customers in that assigned area.
- To work in coordination with the appointed channel partners and support them to get the business.
- Responsible for creating a sustainable market share in the assigned area and maintaining it.
- To align for product demonstration.
- Ensure Sales, collection, product demonstration, customer training, channel partner's inventory and report.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have 3-5 years of experience in medical devices sales( Surgical/ Ob-Gyn equipment/Disposable devices) or Pharma sales ( preferably Ob/Gyn products).
- You completed graduation in B.Sc.
- You have good communication skills.
