Area Business Manager - Sales - Home Loans & Loan Against Property (5-7 yrs)
Mandatory:
- Experience in the Mortgage Industry: Minimum 5+ years of experience in home loans & LAP (Loan Against Property).
- At least 2+ years in a sales leadership role.
- DSA knowledge is must require.
- Candidate should have prior experience in Field sales only in home loans/LAP/Business Loans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for seamless stakeholder interactions.
- Candidate should have experience in onboarding new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute result-driven strategies to achieve sales targets while leading, mentoring, and empowering a high-performing sales team.
- Home Loan & LAP Sales Growth: Drive sales through channel partners, advisors, connectors, and the open market, while seamlessly coordinating with banks and NBFCs for efficient loan processing.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication across all touchpoints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product development, and operations to drive impactful sales initiatives and ensure alignment of sales strategies across different zones.
What You Need to Have:
