Area Business Manager - Sales - Gynae Division - Pharma (4-15 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Primary and secondary sales ensuring consistency in sales
- Enabling effective coordination amongst team members specialized for stockiest management, retailer management and merchandisers
- Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members, driving team members to achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization
- Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly level.
- Distribution Management Billing, stocks Collections
- MIS and Monitoring Sales Report Managing SFA
- To Allocate Monitor Budgets for Events/Promotions, Signage Merchandising for the Key Accounts.
- Deliver insightful customer, shopper and occasion insights, plus marketing equipment, promotions, and other services to increase focus on maximizing profits for every channel
- Supporting negotiations with regional accounts/key accounts
- New Account Acquisition-Grow the Portfolio by aggressively acquiring large Key Accounts in respective region
- Sales Operations Manager- Timely record update MIS publication technical support for portal or any reporting issues
HR- Timely recruitment for team members as per agreed TAT Handle HR operations effectively to support smooth functioning
Training- Timely induction of new recruits facilitation in driving variety of HR agenda in meetings
Supply Chain- Helping meet demand vs supply effectively
Education: Science Graduate is a must
- Experience: 7 to 15 yrs experience.
Salary : 4 to 6 LPA
- Must have experience in PHARMA SALES with Gayne Segment/Division Experience
- Must be from Pharma / Healthcare industry
