This position requires a strategic focus on agent recruitment, training, and ongoing development to meet and exceed sales goals.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit, onboard, and train agents to stimulate business expansion in the designated area.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve agent productivity, ensuring the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Provide continuous coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to agents to maximize results.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
