Job Title: Area Business Manager

The Area Business Development Manager in the Agency Channel plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by establishing and managing a network of top-performing agents within a specified area. This position requires a strategic focus on agent recruitment, training, and ongoing development to meet and exceed sales goals.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Recruit, onboard, and train agents to stimulate business expansion in the designated area.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve agent productivity, ensuring the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

- Provide continuous coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to agents to maximize results.

- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal teams to offer support and ensure agents meet their sales targets.

- Uphold company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in all sales-related activities.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- 3-9 years of experience in sales or business development, with a preference for those with a background in insurance.

- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and lead a successful team.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop strategies for business growth.
