Area Business Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-8 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic Area Business Manager to lead and drive business growth in designated regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing and implementing sales initiatives, managing a team of insurance agents, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of insurance advisors and agents.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on sales outcomes.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the BFSI sector.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
