Area Business Manager - Sales (2-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- Accountable for achieving and exceeding the sales target in the assigned territory
- Ensure complete customer coverage by focusing on building relationships through regular personal visits at the designated frequency
- Establish an effective distribution channel to ensure products availability with the stockiest to fulfill the demand generated through Doctors prescriptions.
- Issues like products nearing expiry or breakages / leakages during transit and credit / debit notes needs to be resolved with guidance from your reporting manager.
- Ensure collection of payment within the stipulated timeframe.
- Market intelligence : Competitor's market structure, dealers, new marketing policy, tender information.
- Awareness of the different specialties of the doctors, promotion of the right products to the right doctors and satisfactorily resolving any complaints or concerns related to products with help of your reporting manager.
- Promotional inputs such as literature, brand reminders, brochures, samples or gifts are well designed tools to help the promotion of the product to target customers.
- They are to be used judiciously in a cost-effective manner so as to generate desired prescriptions and achieve revenue targets.
- Conducting CMEs and group meetings as per the strategy.
- Generate, sustain and increase the KOL base.
- Strict adherence to the work norms and timely reporting.
- Embody the corporate identity in appearance, demeanour, values and ethics.
- Alignment and implementation of PGB's strategy.
