Area Business Manager - Pharma (2-5 yrs)
Job Purpose
Responsible for Business development and corporate sales.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for inside sales, manage key accounts and deliver sales targets in the category of Pharma distributors, Retailers and Selective Doctors.
- To promote business for e-procurement and achieve sales/revenue targets
- Identify and pursue business opportunities through market feedback.
- Convert Leads into sales as per the targeted plan.
- Manage contracts of existing entities & strengthen business relationships with key stakeholders at various entities.
- Ensure good records are maintained for all clients and partners.
- Own the relationship with smaller clients, including site visits and conference calls.
- Provide remote service to clients and ensure effective account management.
- Provide support to the Business Development Manager with sales activities (including direct sales)
- Understand our partners- businesses to identify synergies and develop our relationship with them
- Represent the company at events and exhibitions, promote our products and services.
- Ensure timely Reporting on various metrics to the management.
Required Skills:
- Any Degree
- 2-5 years of experience
- Ability to speak in various languages
- Ability to convince conflict and resolution mgmt.
- Negotiation skills, Stakeholder and Vendor Management
- Experience in Pharma/Retail or Distributor end will be an added Advantage
- Communication and inter-personnel skills
- Ability in problem solving and negotiation
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
